General Conduct
Clients must not be under any sort of mind altering substance.
Inappropriate behavior by any client will result in the session ending.
All clients are asked to have acceptable hygiene.
Communication and Privacy
Open communication is very important to us. If you have any wishes or concerns, please feel free to communicate them.
Confidentiality is taken very seriously. You can be assured that any medical information will be kept safe and strictly private.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Once you have scheduled an appointment, that time slot is no longer available to other clients, therefore you are financially responsible for it. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the price of the service. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. There will be absolutely no refunds after service is provided. Any dissatisfaction must be presented to owners for strict and careful consideration of a repeat service at lesser price only.
